The location was decent, close enough to railway station or intercity bus stop, centre and different areas. Also, it was 4 km from St Doulagh's Church. The food was good and there were a good choice of dishes in the menu...

Convenient location! We really enjoyed our one-day stay here. It was so easy to get around, close to all the places we wanted to go. You could stroll to shopping spots and even a market! 🚶♀️.

Well located, near bus and train station. Very good food. Good price/quality relation. Good service. Excellent.
The wireless internet service was cut after 24 hours and we were requested to pay for the extra use. After complaining and showing the manager the copy of the Booked.net, where it's clearly written that it's free, they accepted to give it as complementary for the rest of the staying time. The restaurant serves very good food, so it's regularly full with non guests of the hotel. Nevertheless the room service is fast and excellent.

Staff is courteous. Service is quick. Convenient location. Food is good.
Food and beverage a bit on expensive side. Breakfast monotonous for someone staying for more than a day.

Excellent cleanliness standards and friendly and helpful staff.
Typical Indian service in hotel restaurant: starters delivered before we had finished our cocktails (which we had to ask for) and divided between us (I.e starters always shared whether you want that or not). Then, before first starter finished, second starter delivered and immediately put on our plates, then main courses immediately delivered and both divided between our two plates - everything all mixed together on one plate and unmanageable. (It is possible that different diners may have different dietary requirements and/or preferences - or may wish to taste dishes individually.) If you try to 'rest' at any point the waiters either grab your plate saying you have finished or pile more food on. Result: meal ruined. Not untypical service in India. And when we complained to the manager he berated the fearful waiter in front of us, when it was clearly not his fault - and the restaurant wasn't even full, so this isn't about quick turn arounds on tables. This seems to be common practice in India and hopefully things will improve in time - but for now it is a struggle to have a pleasant, unhurried meal without endless fussing from legions of terrified staff.

The break fast.
There was no refrigerator in the room. This causes problem for diabetic people as they have to store the insulin in a fridge.

Sincerely, it was a very very good stay on a business trip. The room was a nice size when upgraded with moderate breakfast, double-bed, tea/coffee. We were in a the best location not too far from a multimedia museum. There was a good restaurant, shopping centers and a market next door...
